SHIPPING

All kits are sent USPS Parcel Post. If you want it sent a different way, please contact me and I would be glad to help. Also, no kits will be mailed until full payment has been recieved.

In order to maintain the best prices for our customers, all domestic orders 6 lbs and over will be shipped UPS when possible. Orders under 6 lbs will be shipped the cheapest way. I will contact you and let you know of the shipping charges and you can decide the way you would like for it to ship. Alternate shipping methods are available at customer expense. Expedited shipping, including Next-Day Air, is available if received by 12:00pm (Noon) U.S. Eastern Time. Expedited orders MUST be confirmed via phone. Expedited shipping is subject to a $5.00 surcharge in addition to the actual shipping cost.

For international shipping, USPS Global Priority is the most cost effective. If it is a larger box, I will send the package the best way. I will most likely send it 4-6 day.
NOTE1: International orders may take a bit longer to ship.
NOTE2: Due to International Customs laws, APO and FPO orders are considered international.

Returns of unopened, re-sellable products are accepted within 10 days with a 20% restocking fee. If we have made a mistake on your order, please contact us and we will make sure to fix it right away. If it was our mistake, we will take care of shipping costs to you. If you receive a defective item, please contact us before returning your items as there may be an easier way through the manufacturer.
